The San Antonio band shares their latest single ‘Asthmatic Mountain Song’, a remaster of their first ever release
One of the greatest developments of the internet age is that perhaps for the first time bedroom producers and DIY bands can have their music accessed with ease. There is a plethora of artists all creating beautiful music, who not long ago may have remained undiscovered. One said example of these bands is San Antonio, TX based Dumb Belles, a bedroom indie collective that create bright, catchy melodies draped in lightheartedness.
The bands latest release ‘Asthmatic Mountain Song’, a remaster of their first single. It’s a brooding release that showcases the bands delightfully infectious sound. Subtle guitars fill the gaps where the stunning vocals take lead. Drawing you into the bands witty, relatable, yet heartfelt songwriting.
The Dumb Belles are a band that sit comfortably in the DIY sphere but could easily branch out. We will be watching them with keen interest.
